Prabhas’ highly anticipated film, “Kalki 2898 AD,” initially slated for a May 9th release, faced a delay due to the ongoing national elections. The production team has announced that the new release date will be revealed on April 17th. Originally aiming for a June release, the film encountered scheduling conflicts with the release of “Indian 2,” starring Kamal Haasan, set for June. “Kalki 2898 AD is set to hit screens in mid-July, with an official announcement expected in the coming days. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the sci-fi film stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in lead roles. Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the film features music and background score by Santosh Narayanan.
